Updating Your Contact Information

Visit your Dashboard by logging in and clicking on the Dashboards menu in the navigation bar at the top of your screen. Then click on your candidate, committee, or organization. Head to the Settings tab of your Dashboard toolbar to update contact information.

You can add or update your campaign or organization’s website, Facebook, and Twitter accounts in the Settings tab of your Dashboard toolbar. Simply copy and paste the URLs into the designated fields. By adding your website and social media links, donors can follow you or head to your website right from the search results in their ActBlue Express accounts. 

The mailing address you provide here is where we will send your checks, so you want to make sure this address is exactly where you want your money sent! (Please note that if you’re a candidate that had to set up a merchant account, the money will be deposited directly into your bank account!)

In the Contact Information section, add a contact for ActBlue to reach out to with questions regarding your account.

Also in the Contact Information section, enter a “Donor-facing contact email.” This is the email address that ActBlue support will share with donors when they have questions. It’s important to keep this information up to date.
