Why am I receiving emails and/or texts from campaigns and organizations after chipping in on ActBlue?

When you give to a campaign or organization through ActBlue, we send your email address (and phone number, if you choose to provide it) to them and only them. We never sell your personal information or share it with a group you did not donate to. Groups using ActBlue are building grassroots fundraising programs, which means they want to keep you in the loop! Regularly engaging with supporters through email is fundamental to making a small-dollar donor program work.

In general, you can usually find an "Unsubscribe" link at the end of most emails that should take you off of that specific email list.

Because ActBlue is a nonprofit, you may receive a fundraising email from us every now and then, but we do not send fundraising emails on behalf of any other candidates or groups. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, click here
