How do I change or reset my password?
If you are logged into your account and would like to change your password, click on the Account menu in the navigation bar on the top of your screen. Choose “Settings” from the dropdown.
On the Settings page, click “Change password.”
This will bring up a pop-up which will ask you to enter your current password and the new password you would like to change it to. Make sure to use at least 8 characters, including one number and one letter. Click “Update password” to complete your password change!
If you’ve been locked out of your account, you can go to this page to reset your password. Just enter the email address you use to log into your account, and we’ll send you an email from email@example.com where you can find a secure link to reset your password and unlock your account.
If you don’t see the email right away, be sure to check your spam folder. Then just click on the link in the email to reset your password!
Please note that your account will be locked after three failed attempts at entering your password. You will not be able to log into your account, even if you remember your correct password. After the second incorrect attempt, you’ll see a message at the top letting you know you have one attempt remaining before ActBlue locks your account as a security measure. We’ll also ask if you’d like to reset your password and will provide a link to the reset page shown above!
