What do I do if I get locked out of my account?
If you’ve been locked out of your account, you can go to this page to reset your password. Just enter the email address you use to log into your account, and we’ll send you an email from info@actblue.com where you can find a secure link to reset your password and unlock your account.

If you don’t see the email right away, be sure to check your spam folder. (You can add info@actblue.com to your email address book to help prevent our emails from going to your spam folder!) Then just click on the link in the email to reset your password!
Please note that your account will be locked after three failed attempts at entering your correct password. You will not be able to log into your account, even if you remember your correct password. After the second incorrect attempt, you’ll see a message at the top letting you know you have one attempt remaining before ActBlue locks your account as a security measure. We’ll also ask if you’d like to reset your password!

If you’d like to reset your password instead of making one last attempt, you can click on the “reset your password” link in the message.

You’ll be taken to the same reset page as shown above, where you can enter the email address you use to log into your account and receive an email from info@actblue.com with a secure link to reset your password.
