I’m having trouble making a donation. What should I do?

First, you should check to see if your internet browser is up to date - this varies by browser but is typically found under “Preferences” -> “Check for updates”. If your internet browser is out of date, switching to a different browser may also solve the problem.

Then, you should try to clear your browser’s cache, which acts as a record or memory of the sites you’ve visited, (this will also typically be found under “Preferences”) before attempting to make your donation again.
