Why can’t I use PayPal every time I donate?

We know PayPal™ is a popular donation method, which is why we’re proud to offer it on ActBlue whenever possible! However, we cannot offer it for some groups that use ActBlue due to specific state campaign finance laws that are outside of our control. Unfortunately this is not up to us or the individual groups that use our platform.
